Reservations
Reservations may be guaranteed with any major credit card. A 50% deposit of the entire booking is required. You will receive a letter of confirmation in the mail after making your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please call or email the Innkeeper toll-free at 877-332-1275 or email us at info@wildwoodcanyoninn.com
Check In/Check Out
We invite you to check in between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you require an earlier or later check in time, contact us in advance. Check out time is 11 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made with the Innkeeper.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Any cancellation notice made prior to 15 days of the first reserved date will be fully refunded less a $10 processing fee, per room, per night.
Cancellations made with less than 15 days advance notice of the first reserved dates will be charged 50% of the reserved total, or one night's stay, whichever is greater.
Rates
All rates are based on single and double occupancy, and do not include sales, or lodging tax. Rates are subject to change. Whole house rentals are available, inquire with Innkeeper.
Children
Typically, bed and breakfast inns such as Wildwood Canyon Inn, are best suited for adults. Many of our guests appreciate a quiet place to get away from it all. However, we do welcome well-behaved, closely supervised children 12 years of age and older.
Pets
The Lodge is a pet-friendly room. When making your reservation please ask us about this option.
Smoking
Wildwood Canyon Inn is a smoke-free environment. In consideration of our guests, there is no smoking indoors or on the balconies. Also, please do not light any fires of any type inside the house (i.e. candles, incense). Our fireplaces are gas and we ask that you do not leave them unattended without turning them off.
Keys
Because we occasionally keep our front door locked, we provide a front door and a room key to each guest during your stay so you may come and go as you please. There is no curfew time, so please be sure to LOCK the front door behind you whenever you leave.
